1. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Under After does not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases from shop.underafter.com.

Exceptions:

• Defective items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact shop@underafter.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect. Under After will replace defective items at no additional cost.
• Wrong item shipped: If you receive an incorrect item, contact shop@underafter.com within 7 days of delivery. Under After will send the correct item at no additional cost.

Non-refundable situations:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Ordering wrong size or color
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Sale or clearance items

For defect or error claims, email shop@underafter.com with your order number and photos.

2. Shipping Policy

Processing time: 3-7 business days

Orders are fulfilled through print-on-demand partners. Production begins after order placement and typically takes 3-7 business days before shipping.

Shipping time: 3-10 business days (domestic US)

Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. International orders may take 2-4 weeks.

Tracking: Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships.

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Lost or stolen packages: Under After is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Contact your local post office or carrier for assistance with lost or stolen deliveries.

Address errors: Under After is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.

3. International Orders & Customs

Customs, Duties, and Tariffs:

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or tariffs imposed by the destination country. The customer is responsible for all customs charges, import duties, and tariffs.

Under After has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary by country and change frequently. Contact your local customs office for current rates and requirements before placing an international order.

Refused or Abandoned Shipments:

If a package is refused, abandoned at customs, or returned due to non-payment of customs fees, Under After is not responsible for refunding the order. The customer forfeits both the product and shipping costs.

Tariff Changes:

Import regulations, tariffs, and shipping restrictions can change without notice due to trade policy or international events. Under After reserves the right to:

• Cancel orders to destinations where shipping is no longer feasible
• Adjust shipping costs if carrier rates increase due to tariffs or policy changes
• Delay shipments if customs processing is affected by regulatory changes

Customers will be notified of cancellations or significant delays. Refunds for cancelled orders due to shipping restrictions will be issued at Under After's discretion.

Domestic US Orders:

US domestic orders may be subject to product cost increases if tariffs on imported materials or manufacturing affect production costs. Under After reserves the right to adjust product pricing to reflect tariff-related cost changes. Orders are charged at the price displayed at checkout.

4. Privacy Policy

Under After ("shop.underafter.com") collects and processes customer information to fulfill orders and improve the shopping experience. This policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected.

Information Collected:

Order Information:

• Name, email address, billing address, shipping address
• Payment information (processed securely by Shopify Payments)

Under After will never sell customer information to third parties for marketing purposes.

By placing an order on shop.underafter.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this shop.

Products:

All products are made-to-order through print-on-demand fulfillment. Product colors may vary slightly from images shown due to screen display differences and printing processes.

Pricing:

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price at checkout is the final price.

Payment:

Payment is processed at time of order through Shopify Payments or PayPal. By providing payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

Order Acceptance:

Under After reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:

• Product availability issues
• Pricing or product description errors
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Violation of these terms

Intellectual Property:

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on shop.underafter.com are owned by Under After or licensed for use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability:

Under After is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business interruption
• Delays in shipping or order fulfillment
• Product color variations from screen displays

Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of New York. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York.

Changes to Terms:

Under After may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the shop after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
